The practice is located a short walk from both the McPherson Square (blue/orange lines) and Convention Center (yellow/green lines) metro stops. 

*When exiting at McPherson Square, take the 14th street exit.  Walk north on 14th, and take a right on M as you walk around Thomas Circle.  The gym will be 2 blocks east of the circle on your right.  *When exiting at the Convention Center, walk west on M street underneath the Convention Center.  The gym will be approximately 4-5 blocks on your left.   

Upon arrival, do not enter the main entrance of 1224 M Street, instead enter the lower level of the Evolution Personal Training Center which is to the left of the building's main entrance.

 Metered parking is available on 13th.  Hourly parking is available on M and 12th.
